🇺🇸 For US Collectors (Shipments to the United States)

• Orders under $2,000 USD:

Shipped via EMS on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All applicable duties, taxes, and handling fees are covered—there are no additional delivery costs upon arrival.

• Orders over $2,000 USD:

Shipped via DHL Express for expedited, secure handling.

• Orders valued at $2,500 USD or more:

US Customs and Border Protection may require formal entry clearance. In this case, DHL may contact the recipient directly to request additional customs information, such as a Tax ID (SSN or EIN).

If contacted by DHL or customs authorities, please respond promptly to help ensure smooth and timely delivery. Strange Ringo Gallery will provide the necessary shipment documentation and will assist wherever reasonably possible should any customs-related questions arise.

🌍 For International Collectors (Rest of the World)

Shipped via EMS with full tracking and insurance.

• Orders over $2,000 USD:

Shipped via DHL Express with priority handling and insurance.

• Customs, Duties & Import Taxes:

For destinations outside the United States, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If additional information is required for customs clearance, the carrier or local customs authority may contact the recipient directly. We recommend responding promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.
