Collector Care & Safe Shipping

Every artwork is packed with maximum care and custom-reinforced packaging to ensure it arrives safely. All international shipments are fully insured and tracked. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

🇺🇸 For US Collectors (Shipments to the United States)

• Orders under $2,000 USD: Shipped via EMS on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. All duties, taxes, and handling fees are covered—there are no additional delivery costs upon arrival.

• Orders over $2,000 USD: Shipped via DHL Express for expedited, high-security handling.

• Orders over $2,500 USD (Important Notice regarding US Customs): For shipments valued at $2,500 USD or more, US Customs and Border Protection requires formal entry clearance. DHL will contact the recipient directly to verify your TAX ID (SSN or EIN). Please ensure prompt cooperation with DHL.

  Please note: If the TAX ID verification cannot be completed, the shipment may be delayed, returned to the gallery, or confiscated/destroyed by customs. The recipient assumes full responsibility for any charges, losses, or delays resulting from failure to provide the required customs clearance information.

🌍 For International Collectors (Rest of the World)

• Orders under $2,000 USD: Shipped via EMS with full tracking and insurance.

• Orders over $2,000 USD: Shipped via DHL Express with priority handling and insurance.

• Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost for non-US orders. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
