Every artwork is packed with maximum care and custom-reinforced packaging to ensure it arrives safely. All international shipments are fully insured and tracked. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

1. General Overview By accessing or placing an order through Strange Ringo Gallery, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Original Artwork & Descriptions All artworks displayed on this website are original creations by Chiyoko Kana. We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

3. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

- Buyer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import taxes, sales taxes, customs duties, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. All applicable duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

- Customs Clearance & Tax ID Requirement (DHL Shipments): For international shipments via DHL, if the order value exceeds local customs thresholds (for example, $2,500 USD for the United States) or if required by local customs regulations, DHL or customs officials may contact the recipient directly to request a Tax ID, EIN, or SSN for customs clearance. You agree to respond promptly and provide the necessary documentation to avoid delivery delays.

- Package Holding & Forfeiture: Strange Ringo Gallery is dedicated to providing accurate shipment documentation and handling your purchase with the utmost care. However, full compliance with local customs requirements rests with the buyer. If required taxes/duties remain unpaid or Tax ID requests are ignored, resulting in the artwork being held beyond the permitted clearance period, the package may be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture or destruction by customs authorities. In such cases, Strange Ringo Gallery is not responsible for any financial loss, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds All sales of original artwork are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged due to courier transit (subject to verification and notice within 48 hours of receipt).

5. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the artworks, images, text, and content on this site remain the exclusive property of Chiyoko Kana and Strange Ringo Gallery. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
