Collector Care & Safe Shipping

Every artwork is packed with maximum care and custom-reinforced packaging to ensure it arrives safely. All international shipments are fully insured and tracked. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

1. General Overview

By accessing or placing an order through Strange Ringo Gallery, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Artwork & Display

All artworks displayed on this website are original works by Chiyoko Kana and other artists represented or featured by Strange Ringo Gallery.

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of each artwork as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor or device settings.

3. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

• International Orders:

International orders may be subject to import taxes, sales taxes, customs duties, or customs clearance fees depending on the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in our Shipping Policy, any applicable charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Customs Clearance:

For certain international shipments, particularly higher-value orders, the carrier or local customs authority may contact the recipient directly to request additional information required for customs clearance.

For example, shipments to the United States valued at $2,500 USD or more may require formal entry clearance and verification of a Tax ID (SSN or EIN).

If contacted by the carrier or customs authority, please respond promptly to help avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Strange Ringo Gallery will prepare the appropriate shipping documentation and will assist wherever reasonably possible with customs-related questions. However, recipients are responsible for providing any personal information or documentation requested directly by their local customs authority or carrier.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales of original artworks are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in cases where an artwork arrives damaged due to courier transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Strange Ringo Gallery within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can assist with the insured shipment claim.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

All intellectual property rights in the artworks remain with the respective artists. Images, text, and other original content on this website remain the property of their respective rights holders and/or Strange Ringo Gallery.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
